About Gary Boylan

Starting his career as a successful agent on one of the area’s highest-grossing real estate teams, Gary Boylan had the privilege of selling some of the area's most luxurious properties. He has since launched his own successful team, The Boylan Group, leveraging his experience and knowledge in the luxury market to assist clients across all price ranges.

 

Gary's clients benefit not only from his expertise but also from his vast network and creative deal-making skills. Whether it's finding off-market gems or orchestrating impeccable marketing strategies, Gary goes above and beyond to ensure his clients' success in the DMV’s competitive market.

 

Growing up in Northern Virginia and now rooted in DC's Glover Park neighborhood, Gary's journey has been fueled by his intimate knowledge of the DMV area. From his career as a college lacrosse and soccer player to coaching a nationally-ranked high school lacrosse program, Gary's competitive spirit and dedication shine through in everything he does.

 

When he is not helping his clients reach their real estate goals, Gary can be found at the park with his wife, Lindsay, and their two young children, at the newest neighborhood coffee shop, the soccer/lacrosse field, or at his tailor getting fit for yet another suit.
