Joey’s deep-rooted understanding of the area is shaped by the privilege of growing up here. Currently residing in Dupont Circle, there has been a Ugast living in DC since 1915, creating a very special passion and bond with the area. Growing up in Oakton has given him a nuanced understanding of what makes Northern Virginia and DC neighborhoods so special. 
Joey's passion for architecture, design, and the arts was sparked during his time at the College of Charleston. This exposure ignited his enthusiasm for the aesthetic and structural aspects of properties, allowing him to offer a unique perspective to his clients when it comes to evaluating homes and envisioning their potential.
